The Bell Farm in Loxahatchee, Palm Beach County

The Bell Farm is a working agritourism farm at 16140 Okeechobee Blvd, Loxahatchee, FL 33470. It has operated since January 5, 2025. Here is what is worth reading this week, and why.

A farm wedding venue in Loxahatchee

The question it answers: Which office does a tent or a raised stage answer to at a Loxahatchee venue?

The fact worth the click: Loxahatchee is a mailing address, not one jurisdiction. Most of it is unincorporated Palm Beach County, while Loxahatchee Groves and Westlake run their own offices. Read the Loxahatchee wedding venue page ↗

A farm wedding venue near Palm Beach Gardens

The question it answers: What changes when you choose an open farm over a club ballroom?

The fact worth the click: Palm Beach Gardens has its own building division for addresses inside the city, but the farm is in unincorporated county, so permit questions go to the county. Many of the city’s communities also keep their own architectural review. Read the Palm Beach Gardens page ↗

A farm wedding venue for West Palm Beach couples

The question it answers: Do a city venue and a farm read the weather the same way?

The fact worth the click: the city’s coastal core sits in the 170 mph design-wind band, while the farm is inland on low, flat ground. Ask any venue which office applies before you pay a deposit. Read the West Palm Beach page ↗

A cold plunge in Loxahatchee

The question it answers: Is there a built alternative to digging your own plunge on a lot with a well and septic field?

The fact worth the click: out here lots commonly run past an acre and many homes sit on a well and septic, so a basin near a drainfield is a site-planning job. The farm’s soak is already built: pond $60 per person, bannik $90 per person. Read the Loxahatchee soak page ↗

A cold plunge from West Palm Beach

The question it answers: Where do you go for cold water without a refrigerated tub on the patio?

The fact worth the click: four West Palm Beach neighbourhoods, El Cid, Flamingo Park, Old Northwood and Southland Park, are City historic districts where exterior changes can need Historic Preservation Board approval, and the farm is roughly half an hour west. Read the West Palm Beach soak page ↗
