Royal Palm Beach is an inland village of gated and deed-restricted neighborhoods, and many of its homes belong to people who are in the village only part of the year. A house that sits closed up through a Florida summer can develop trouble quietly: an air conditioner that stops, a supply line that lets go, a roof that takes a storm while nobody is home. Home watch means a person looks for those things on a schedule you agree in advance. BeacCorp Property Management offers it, and the longer explanation lives in our vacation home watch guide.
The original Colony section, The Willows and La Mancha were built out from the 1960s through the 1980s. Many of those houses are on a first or second roof and may still carry original openings, so a leak or a failed seal can be an older-house problem. Madison Green, Portosol, Victoria Grove, Bella Terra, Saratoga Pines and Nautica came later, under stronger codes and with association rules that cover exteriors, access and what may be parked or stored outside. Knowing which kind of house you own tells you what a visit should look at first.
Royal Palm Beach is an incorporated village, not unincorporated county, and its Building Division at Village Hall, 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, issues permits through e-permitting. If a visit turns up roof or window damage, the repair is permitted there, not through the county. All of the village lies in the Florida Building Code Wind-Borne Debris Region, so replacement openings must be impact-rated or protected by approved shutters. Randolph Scott Bell holds CGC1528750 and CCC1332751, which means the person reading a problem can also say what the fix involves.
Ahead of a named storm, an absent owner cannot bring in the patio furniture or close the shutters. Settle on paper who does that, who is called first and who pays for it, and read your association documents, because several village associations set their own shutter and exterior rules. This page promises no visit times and no response times; agree those in writing with whichever provider you choose, and call (561) 779-3213 to ask how BeacCorp would set up your house.
If a visit finds damage, the repair is covered by our Royal Palm Beach construction and Royal Palm Beach roofing pages; owners of larger lots may want our Royal Palm Beach land page; and if you host a gathering when you return, see Royal Palm Beach food truck.

The Village of Royal Palm Beach Building Division issues permits for work inside the village, through its e-permitting system. Randolph Scott Bell holds CGC1528750 and CCC1332751 and can say what a repair involves.
It can. Many village associations set rules on access, shutters and exterior changes, so read your governing documents before you leave and tell your manager or board who will be visiting.
Older homes may be on a first or second roof with original openings, so ask for roof, windows, ceilings and air conditioning to be on the checklist. Agree the list in writing.
No. This page makes no promise about visit schedules or response times. Agree the schedule and who is called first in writing with whichever provider you choose.
No. The price depends on the house and the scope, so this page publishes none. Call (561) 779-3213 and ask for it in writing.
