AMERICA is a state-licensed food truck that parks at your Boynton Beach party, opens a window, and lets guests walk up and order from a seasonal board built from the FDACS Florida crops calendar. You stay with your guests; the truck does the cooking. We are based west of the city, at the farm in Loxahatchee.
Private catering starts from $800. That is the party figure we publish; for anything else we ask for the date, the address and the head count first. Call (561) 779-3213, or leave your name and phone above.
Boynton Beach runs from the Intracoastal to the western suburbs, and each part has its own rules. These are the questions worth settling before the date is set.
1 · The City, not the county
Boynton Beach is an incorporated city with its own Building Division at City Hall, 100 E. Ocean Avenue, so a Boynton Beach party answers to the City, not to the county’s unincorporated offices. A food truck is licensed by the state, but a rented tent, stage or other temporary structure may need City sign-off. Ask the City before the date is fixed.
2 · Wind-Borne Debris Region
The whole city sits in the Wind-Borne Debris Region, and the Atlantic and Intracoastal side takes the most wind and salt. For a party that means a breezy lawn east of Federal Highway: anchor tents, signs and banners properly, and tell us if your lot is on the water so we can talk through where the bus can stand.
3 · 55+ communities with their own boards
Boynton is known for large active-adult communities such as Leisureville, Hunters Run and Quail Ridge. Each runs its own board, and the association decides what happens on its property. Check vendor, parking and gate-access rules with the manager before the date is set.
4 · Mid-century streets near Ocean Avenue
The beachside enclaves and the older core around Ocean Avenue date largely to the 1950s, 60s and 70s, often on smaller lots. Measure the driveway or yard, think about where a line of guests will form, and tell us on the call. A bus does not need much, but it needs to get in and out.
5 · West Boynton suburbs
West of the city centre, the newer suburbs off Boynton Beach Boulevard and Lawrence Road are built around HOA streets with shared parking. Ask your HOA about food trucks on the street or in a clubhouse lot, then call us with the details.
6 · Afternoon storms and salt air
Summer afternoons bring storms, and the coast brings salt air and wind. Choose a firm, high spot for the truck and a covered place for guests, and call us when the forecast turns so we can talk through the date.
If the party is the finish line of a bigger list, the construction team can handle the remodel or concrete before guests arrive, a roof check is worth doing ahead of storm season, property management matters if your community has an association to deal with, and land services help if the lot needs clearing or grading first.
