Most of Loxahatchee and The Acreage is unincorporated Palm Beach County, served by the county’s Planning, Zoning & Building Division. The Town of Loxahatchee Groves and the City of Westlake run their own offices. A food truck is licensed by the state, so it needs no county building permit, but a rented tent or stage can. 2 · The swale and the culvert

5 · Well, septic and no city water
Many properties here run on a well and a septic field, with no municipal connection. A food truck brings its own kitchen, so your house systems are not the party’s kitchen. Ask us on the call what the truck needs from the host.
6 · Communities and HOAs
Westlake’s newer neighbourhoods and other Loxahatchee communities may have a clubhouse, street-parking rules or vendor rules. The association decides what happens on its property, so ask the manager before the date is fixed.
