AMERICA is a state-licensed food truck that parks at your Greenacres party, opens a window, and lets guests walk up and order from a seasonal board built from the FDACS Florida crops calendar. You stay with your guests; the truck does the cooking.

Greenacres has its own City rules and its own mix of housing. These are the questions worth settling before the date is set.
1 · The City, not the county
Greenacres runs its own Development & Neighborhood Services Building Division out of City Hall at 5800 Melaleuca Lane, so a party here answers to the City, not to unincorporated Palm Beach County. A food truck is licensed by the state, but a rented tent, stage or other temporary structure may need City sign-off. Ask the City before the date is fixed.
2 · Block-and-stucco streets, 1970 to 1999
Much of Greenacres went up between roughly 1970 and 1999 in concrete block, in neighbourhoods such as Cresthaven, Lucerne Lakes, Lucerne Park, Sherwood Lakes, Springhill and Covered Bridge. Measure the open space at your home and tell us on the call where guests will line up.
3 · Condo and villa communities
With more than 17,000 homes across houses, villas, townhomes and condos, plenty of Greenacres parties sit inside an association. The association decides what happens on its property, so ask the manager about vendors, parking and gate access first.
4 · Newer streets on the west edge
Royal Palm Estates and the area around Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club were built in 2000 or later, toward the city’s western edge. Tell us the driveway length and where the bus can pull in and out.
5 · Storms and standing water
Greenacres sits a few miles inland, but summer afternoon storms can leave low ground wet, and the city has taken direct hurricane hits before. Choose a firm, level spot for the truck and a covered place for guests, and call us when the forecast turns.
6 · A short run from the farm
AMERICA is based at The Bell Farm in Loxahatchee, and Greenacres is a direct run along Lake Worth Road and Jog Road. Give us the address and any gate details so the bus can reach you without a surprise.
A party is often the last item on a long list. Before the guests arrive, the construction team can handle the remodel or concrete drive, a roof check is worth doing ahead of storm season, property management matters if your community has an association to deal with, and land services help if the lot needs clearing or grading first.
