What We Do
We replace and repair commercial roofs in Palm Beach County: standing seam and other metal panel roofs, flat and low-slope roofs, and the flashing, drainage details and penetrations that decide whether a commercial roof stays dry. The owner holds the roofing license, inspects every job himself, and writes the scope before work starts, so a property manager or board has one document to compare.
The owner describes his own experience in general terms: new construction and commercial, institutional and high-rise projects, including million-dollar builds. Roofing is one trade inside that scale of work, and it is held under the state roofing certification, CCC1332751.
Metal Roofs
A standing seam metal roof is built from long panels with raised seams that hide the fasteners, which keeps penetrations to a minimum and suits low and moderate slopes. Metal is a common answer on commercial buildings in this county because the roof has to carry a wind-borne debris design and shed heavy summer rain. Each panel system needs a valid Florida Product Approval for the installation, and the attachment detail at the edges and corners, where wind pulls hardest, is where the system is won or lost.
Our documented commercial metal roof is the Goodyear Building in Jupiter, FL: a 6,000 sq ft standing-seam PBR metal panel roof replacement under CCC1332751. We name no client and no result beyond that.
Other Roof Types
Not every commercial building wants metal. Flat and low-slope roofs on retail strips, offices and association buildings are often single-ply membrane or built-up systems, and the right fix depends on the deck, the drainage and how many layers are already up. One confirmed job of ours is a concrete beam and built-up roof rebuild on a community carport in Royal Palm Beach in November 2025, which is a small-scale example of that work; we do not present it as a commercial re-roof.
If your roof is leaking now, tell us where the water shows up. It often enters far from where it appears inside, so we trace it before recommending a repair, a partial re-roof or a replacement.
Permits & Code
A re-roof is permitted work. Wellington, Jupiter, West Palm Beach and the other incorporated towns run their own building departments; unincorporated areas go through the Palm Beach County Building Division. A licensed roofing contractor holds the permit and is present at final inspection, and we handle both. We hold a Palm Beach County business tax receipt for roofing, which is a local tax registration and not a contractor license; the license is the state-issued CCC1332751.
Proof
We lead with the credential stack: Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1332751, a state certification that lets us contract roofing work in any Florida county, separate from Certified General Contractor license CGC1528750; the written one-year workmanship warranty; and BBB A+ accreditation. We do not publish a price, a customer name or a result we cannot document. Financing is available through our partner Renew Financial’s RenewPACE program, designed for energy and storm-protection upgrades like impact windows and new roofs. Ask us about eligibility. For what a storm does to a roof and how a claim works, see storm damage roof help; for the residential side, see roof replacement in West Palm Beach.
Questions, Answered
Commercial roofs generally fall into three families: metal panel roofs such as standing seam, single-ply membrane roofs, and built-up or modified-bitumen roofs laid in layers. Which one suits a building depends on the roof slope, the structure underneath, the wind exposure and how the building is used. We look at the building first and tell you which family fits, in writing, with a free estimate.
Yes. Our documented commercial roof is the Goodyear Building in Jupiter, FL: a 6,000 sq ft standing-seam PBR metal panel roof replacement, done under Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1332751. We do not publish a client name or a result beyond that.
Palm Beach County has no frozen season, so a re-roof can be scheduled almost any month. The practical constraints are the summer afternoon storms and the June to November hurricane season, which affect how long a roof can sit open. We plan the sequence with you so the building stays dry between phases.
Yes. A re-roof is permitted work under the Florida Building Code, and a licensed roofing contractor holds the permit. Which office issues it depends on the property: incorporated municipalities run their own building departments, while unincorporated areas go through the Palm Beach County Building Division. Roofing products need a valid Florida Product Approval for the installation.
We do not quote a number without looking at the roof, because the size, the structure, the existing layers, the access and the material all change the scope. The free estimate gives you the scope and the figure in writing for your building.
We look at the roof before recommending either. A repair, a partial re-roof and a full replacement each have a place, and we say which one the building needs. If a repair is enough, we say so rather than sell a re-roof.

A roof built to current code with the right product approval is part of what a wind-mitigation inspection looks at, and every roofing estimate from us includes a free wind-mitigation & energy walk-through. The owner is also a certified energy engineer, so the walk-through covers the roof and envelope together. What an insurer does with that information is up to the insurer.

Association roofs are a large part of Palm Beach County's commercial roofing. The owner also runs BeacCorp Property Management, so the board's side of a roof project, the scope, the approvals and the records, is familiar ground. We give the board a written scope and a free estimate to take to a vote.
