Lake Worth Beach is an incorporated city and runs its own Building Division — separate from the Palm Beach County Building Division that governs unincorporated Loxahatchee and other county pockets nearby. Florida law requires the contractor of record to hold that permit and stand for the final inspection; we file and track every Lake Worth Beach window and door job through the City's own office, not the county's.
