A state plant inspector walks the rows. Stock must be free of pests of regulatory significance, and plants from an unregistered source cannot be certified at all. If you are a landscaper installing on a job you warranty, that paper trail is the difference between a callback and a clean handover.
These plants were rooted and hardened off in Loxahatchee — the same sand, the same 10b heat, the same August rain your yard gets. Nursery stock shipped down from a shadehouse up north spends its first season in shock. Ours doesn't.
Citrus pulls in a separate and far heavier canker and HLB program with enclosed-structure requirements. We stay out of it deliberately, which keeps this block clean and keeps your plants clean.
You will not find Mexican petunia or asparagus fern here. Our milkweed is native butterfly weed (Asclepias tuberosa), not tropical milkweed — the difference matters to the monarchs you are planting for.
