A farm wedding at The Bell Farm in Loxahatchee starts at $2,500 for the venue. Weddings at The Bell Farm, 16140 Okeechobee Blvd, Loxahatchee, FL 33470, start at $2,500 for the venue. That is a starting point, not a package. Where your day lands depends on the date, the guest count, how much of the farm you use, and what you add: food, stays, experiences and rentals. We would rather quote your actual day than publish a bundle that fits nobody.
This page is the cost explainer. If you want to know what the farm is like, what a wedding here can include and how to plan the season, that lives on the farm wedding venue page. For the questions to put to any Loxahatchee venue, see the Loxahatchee wedding venue guide.
These are the numbers set by the owner. Anything not on this list is quoted by phone, because it depends on your day.
The $2,500 starting price is for the venue. Food, stays, experiences, rentals, lighting and your planner and photographer are separate, whether we supply them or you do. That is why we say ask what is included, and get the answer in writing. Guest capacity and event hours are confirmed by phone for your date, so we do not publish a number here that might not fit your day.
You can bring your own team. Planner, photographer, florist, band and rentals are yours to choose; call to talk through vehicle access, load-in and power.
When you compare venues, compare like with like. These six answers explain most of the gap between two quotes.
Where they can save. A working farm needs very little decoration: sugarcane, water lilies, open sky and light do the work that a ballroom needs flowers and draping to do. A short guest list, a weekday or a summer date can lower the total considerably. Our own food options mean one fewer vendor to coordinate.
Where they do not. An outdoor venue needs a real rain plan, lighting after sunset, enough restrooms for your guest count and shade for anyone standing outside for more than about twenty minutes. Those are not extras to skip; budget for them from the start. A hurricane-season date may also justify event insurance, which is worth pricing early.
A working farm is part of the value. The Bell Farm is an FDACS Registered Agritourism Operator and a Visit Florida Farms member. The farm part is true every day of the year, not a backdrop styled for the weekend. That is the reason couples compare us with other Loxahatchee wedding venues in person rather than by brochure.
Venue pricing across the county varies widely, and the advertised number is rarely the total. At The Bell Farm in Loxahatchee, weddings start at $2,500 for the venue. $2,500 is the starting price for the venue: the farm as your setting for the ceremony and reception. Final pricing depends on your date, guest count and how much of the farm you use. Call (561) 779-3213 and ask exactly what is included for your date, in writing, before you pay a deposit.
The month, the day of the week, the guest count, how much of the property you take, and how much you bring in yourself. A Saturday in February and a Friday in July are different products at every venue in the county. Food and rentals are usually the next biggest drivers after the venue fee.
No. Food is priced separately. Options on the farm are the private farm-to-table dinner at $150 per person and America, our state-licensed food truck, with weddings and catering from $2,500. You can also bring your own caterer. Call us to talk through access and power for your team.

Not automatically. A farm setting needs little decoration, which can reduce spend, but a farm also needs rentals, lighting and a real rain plan that a ballroom already has. Compare the same six things at every venue: what the base fee includes, hours, tables and chairs, catering rules, tent contingency and deposit terms.
Often, yes. November through April is the busiest and most expensive window in South Florida. Summer dates are easier to get and usually more affordable, but they fall inside hurricane season (June 1 to November 30) and the afternoon storm pattern, so a rain plan and possibly event insurance matter more.
Ask for a written rain plan before the deposit: a specific covered backup, a decision deadline, the price of a tent and the cutoff to order it, and the contract language on severe weather. The tent price depends on your guest count, so get that number early rather than the week before.
Yes. There are two Airbnb units on the property: the Tiny Oasis from $145 a night at peak and the Farm Cottage, which sleeps four, from $175 a night at peak. Nobody has to drive home after the reception.
Yes. The spring pond soak is $60 per person and the wood-fired bannik is $90 per person, plus $15 per person for towels, venik and laundry. Children are half price. The private quay evening is $165 per person with towels included. See the natural spring soak page for details.
