Seamless Gutters · Boynton Beach, FL
Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1528750
We roll each seamless gutter at your Boynton Beach home from aluminum coil, in one piece to the length of the run, after we check the fascia it hangs on. Sizing starts from the roof area and the August downpour, and downspouts go where your community allows them. The owner, a licensed general contractor and certified energy engineer, inspects every job.
Why Us
A gutter is only as sound as the board behind it. Boynton Beach has a lot of 1960s and 1970s houses, and on those the first thing we find at the eave is often softened fascia, not a failed gutter. We look at the fascia, the drip edge and the first course of roofing before anything is fabricated, replace what is rotten while the eave is open, and only then hang aluminum on it.
The owner, Randolph Scott Bell, is a Florida certified general contractor and a certified energy engineer, and he inspects every job. Every job carries a written one-year workmanship warranty. Our gutter machine rides in a Grumman step van, so the trough is formed at your house in the length your roofline needs, with no field-sealed joints along the run.
Boynton Beach Roofs
Mid-century homes east of Federal Highway and around Ocean Avenue are commonly on a second or third roof, in shingle or concrete or barrel tile. A tile roof throws water off the eave in a hard sheet and often has a different edge detail than shingle, so the hanger spacing and the way the gutter sits against the roof edge are decided roof by roof. Where a house has a low-slope section over an entry or an addition, we plan where that water is released instead of letting it dump onto a walkway.
Large 55+ communities such as Leisureville, Hunters Run and Quail Ridge are built in long rows of similar roofs, which usually means the same eave detail and the same downspout problem repeating down the street. We measure each house on its own; we do not size from a neighbour.
Rainy Season
South Florida's wet season brings short, heavy afternoon downpours, and that is the load a gutter has to carry. Most overflow we are called to look at comes from a run that was sized from linear feet alone. We work out the roof area feeding each run, the pitch, and where valleys concentrate water, and that decides gutter size, downspout size and downspout count, in that order.
Canal-front and Intracoastal homes also take salt air, so we use aluminum and discharge downspouts away from the slab and landscaping rather than into a corner where water sits. Mesh guards are offered where tree cover justifies them; palm fibre and pine litter mat into a trough quickly.
HOA and Colour
Many Boynton Beach communities run an architectural review board with rules on exterior colour and materials, and a downspout is an exterior change. Before we fabricate, we ask what your association requires, match the coil colour to the fascia and trim, and keep downspouts on the least visible corners that still drain properly. We prepare the submittal the board asks for so the job does not stall.
Whether a gutter-only job needs a City permit depends on the scope, for example whether roof-edge or fascia carpentry is involved. Boynton Beach is an incorporated city with its own Building Division at City Hall, 100 E. Ocean Avenue, separate from unincorporated county, and we confirm with the City what your scope requires before we start.
Proof
We have no owner-confirmed gutter project in Boynton Beach on our project ledger, so we do not name one. What we can show is how the work is done: fabricated on site, colour-matched, hung on hidden hangers into solid framing, pitched to the outlets, and tested with water before we leave. Our documented gutter projects are in Royal Palm Beach (Strathmore Gate West, 2025) and Wellington (2025), both on the seamless gutters page.

Questions, Answered
A seamless gutter is rolled from a single coil of aluminum to the exact length of the run, so there are no joints along the straight sections where leaks usually start. Ours is formed at your house from our step-van machine; only corners and end caps are joined.
Often, on older homes. Fascia boards on 1960s and 1970s houses can soften from years of overflow, and a new gutter cannot hold on rotten wood. We inspect the fascia, drip edge and first roofing course before fabricating, and replace rotten sections while the eave is open.
From the roof, not the eave length. We measure the roof area feeding each run, the pitch and the valleys, then set gutter size, downspout size and downspout count in that order, so the run handles a heavy summer downpour instead of overflowing at the corner.
Many communities require architectural review for exterior colour and for visible changes such as downspouts. We ask what your association requires, match the coil to your fascia and trim, and prepare the submittal the board needs.
Yes. Aluminum coil comes in a range of colours, and we match it to the fascia and trim, or to the colour your association specifies.
A mesh guard keeps most of it on top of the trough instead of inside it, and we fit guards where the tree cover justifies them. Guards reduce cleaning; they do not remove it.
It depends on the scope. Boynton Beach has its own Building Division at City Hall, 100 E. Ocean Avenue. A gutter-only job and a job that includes fascia or roof-edge carpentry are not the same, so we confirm with the City what yours requires before we start.
Yes. Every job carries a written one-year workmanship warranty, and the owner inspects every job.
